Warranty

Every powered device we ship is covered against manufacturing defects for five years from the delivery date, under normal personal use. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer; proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

What is covered

Battery failures that prevent charging or holding a charge.
Motor failures that prevent the device from operating at advertised performance.
Housing or seal failures that compromise the specified water resistance rating.

What is not covered

Normal wear, discoloration, and surface marks.
Damage from drops, misuse, or exposure beyond the device's rated water resistance.
Charging cables and accessories (replacements available separately in our store).

How to claim

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number, the device model, and a short description of what is wrong. A photo or short video of the issue speeds the process. If the claim is covered, we repair or replace the device at our discretion and cover return shipping within the United States.
