Our devices are made from body-safe silicone with sealed charging ports. These guidelines apply to the entire catalog; the product page lists the water resistance rating for the specific device.
Before and after each use
- Wash in warm water with a mild, unscented soap.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
- Pat dry with a soft cloth. Air-dry at room temperature; do not use heat sources.
Lubricants
Use only water-based lubricants with silicone products. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade the surface over time and should be avoided. Oil-based lubricants are also not recommended for silicone.
Charging
Charge with the supplied cable and allow the device to reach a full charge before first use. Unplug once the indicator shows a full charge. If a device sits unused for several months, charge it briefly every few months to maintain battery health.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep each device in its own pouch or container to prevent silicone surfaces from contacting one another (silicone can bind to silicone over time).
Water resistance
Each product page lists the device's rated water resistance (e.g. splashproof, submersible). Do not exceed that rating. Do not submerge devices rated splashproof only.
