The lightest one that feels comfortable. For most people that is the 37g Single Toner or the 37g piece in the 3 Piece Set. The Crystal toner, 120g in total, is for an established routine.
How long each day?
Most routines are built on short, regular sessions of a few minutes. A pelvic floor physiotherapist can set the right duration for you.
Can I use it after having a baby?
Check with your clinician first. Pelvic floor recovery after childbirth is individual, and your clinician or physiotherapist will tell you when to start and at what weight.
Does it need charging?
No. The trainers have no electronics, nothing to charge and nothing to switch on.
